Due to persistence of mgt and committee the profile of both has risen considerable and are now very credible in both divisions. Thanks to everyone for their support on this issue. • Championship wins for both our U12 Football teams (A&B). Excellent work been done at this level • U16 Hurlers won the Championship against our local rivals Judes- first time beaten them since Feile. First ever championship win. • Both Feile teams qualifying for the finals in Parnell Park but unfortunately came up against tough opposition in Crokes. Competing is important but not winning at all costs. • Numerous Teams travelled outside the county to participate in tournaments and improve on skill level

Club a hive of activity with teams from all over the country. • ‘Coach the coach’sessions with Pat O’Shea & Paudie Butler • Introduced a few small initiatives to work closer with schools. • 97% of Juvenile members paid in full.

  7. Challenges that lay ahead. • We need to consider if streaming is the correct approach and elicit support from other clubs if we want to change current CCC view. • Review of coaching/mentor policy. • Juvenile calendar – how can we improve? • Burnt Out – sub-up. Do we have a policy? • Minor discipline issues.
