Smokefree Children ’ s Centres

This project aims to establish and maintain smokefree Children's Centres, promote smokefree homes, and ensure service users receive the best advice to quit smoking. Signage, training, and referrals to the Devon SSS have been implemented to support this initiative. Pre and post-training evaluations have shown increased knowledge, confidence, and changed behavior regarding smoking cessation. Contact Lesley Thomas at Devon County Council or Andrea Dickens at Smokefree South West for more details.
