Overview • Three-year strategy (2010–2012) will be implemented through three annual work plans, 2010 WP is the first • Heart of the agency work remains: • State-of-the-art review of the drug phenomenon • Maintaining online reference point on drugs • Providing ongoing support to for implementation and monitoring of the EUAP • 2010 highlights: • Ensuring data quality and joined analytical approaches • Increase transversal work (CUPs) • Establishment of EU guidelines framework and standards • Improve detection and exchange on emerging trends • Improve monitoring of drug supply and supply reduction activities • Methodological developments (KIs, pubic expenditures, monitoring responses) • Dissemination and valorisation of EMCDDA products and findings
