Cystic lesion, suspicious for papillary ca

Thyroidectomy:

Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma, oxyphilic type

FNA DX:

Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma

Nephrectomy:

Renal Cell Carcinoma, mixed clear and granular cell types, Fuhrman Grade III, multifocal

Acute Inflammation

Infectious Process,Nocardia spp.

(negative for AFB, PCP)

AGUS, Carcinoma not excluded

Hysterectomy:

Adenocarcinoma,

endometrioid type with focal squamous differentiation, FIGO II arising in an endometrial polyp without myometrial invasion

Endometrial Biopsy:

Endometrioid carcinoma, FIGO II
