The Idaho Interactive Court Forms Project • A collaborative project between the Idaho Supreme Court & Idaho Legal Aid Services to develop interactive court forms for self-represented litigants using HotDocs, A2J Author, and the NPADO project. • What we have completed to date… • Conversion of 144 court forms to HotDocs templates • Authoring of 21 A2J guided interviews • Authoring of 3 Spanish A2J guided interviews, which link to 17 of the HotDocs templates/court forms HotDocs Service Delivery Case Study - ILAS

Partnership with the Idaho Courts • Standard Forms Committee • Quarterly meetings • Major players & Oversight Committee • Monthly meetings • Reviewing interviews • Monthly in-person meetings, via email as needed • Partnership with Court Assistance Offices • Semi-annual trainings, email updates & correspondence • Links to interactive forms on the court’s website • May-December 2006, ILAS received over 23,000 website visits pertaining to the interactive court forms… • Approximately 15,000 visits were routed from the court’s website.
