  1. Black holes and how they form by: Sylvia Latimer

  2. You may think space is quiet and peaceful, but its not. When a black hole forms things get crazy and get sucked in. because the beginning of a black hole could be the ending of something else.

  3. Here are three facts that interested me most on black holes 1.If you were to wander into a black hole, it would start pulling your feet and stretch you out like a spaghetti noodle. 2.Even though a black hole is not a hole, at least not the kind you poke your finger in or dig in the ground, a black hole is not exactly not a hole either. 3.Scientists found that a black hole may weigh as much as three billion suns.

  4. Here are some historic facts on black holes • The first black hole was discovered in 1994 by a Hubble space telescope. • A black hole can be formed when a star uses up all its fuel. • A black hole is black because no light comes from it.

  5. Here are some visuals of some black holes

  6. What are black holes? • When the biggest stars explode as supernovas, their cores collapse in on themselves under gravity to become black holes. • A black hole is like a hiding place in space with foot prints leading to it. • Because no one can see black holes, they are hard to find. scientists detect black holes by noting effects on objects near by.

  7. Here are some facts before you see my questions. • If you got a close up picture of a black hole it would just be plain an black. • A black hole is an area in space with an incredibly strong force called gravity. • A black hole is a destination for you imagination.

  8. Here are some questions I have on these black holes • Why do they appear? • What causes their actions? • Will a black hole come to our universe?

  9. I hope you enjoyed my power point! So remember to be on the look out for a black hole, even if the image is just black. Cause if a black hole gets close to our universe, our world could end.
