  2. About Aaliyah • Aaliyah full name Aaliyah Dana Haughton was an american recording artist, actress, and model. She was born in Brooklyn New York, and raised in Detroit, Michigan. At the age of 10, she appeared on television the show start search and performed in concert alongside Gladys Knight. At age 12 she signed Jive Records and her uncle Barry Henkerson who introduced her to R. kelly who became her mentor and songwriter for song” Age Aint Nothing But A Number”. She died in the bahamas on august 25,2001, and was born on january 16,1979. Her parents were also actress.

  3. Aaliyah Accomplishments • Aaliyah was a fun person to be around. She was also very ongoing and daring. She was always there to lend out a hand. She spent her free time acting for movies, and modelings in photos across the runway. She came across three album before she died. Her most top album one in million hit boards with more than 1000 people. She was a big actress person and was excellent with everything she did. Everyone loved her!!

  4. Accomplishments continued • Aaliyah loved animals in one of her video she is floated around snakes, those was one of her best. She also had a pet dog that she loved very much. Even thought Aaliyah was married at a very young age with R. Kelly she didn’t let the illegally marriage show and get in the way of her career. Aaliyah favorite color was black in white as you could soon notice from watching all of her videos. But sadly to say Aaliayh died at a very young age 21, after her last song album book one in a million, “Rock The Boat. This was a very sad moment Aaliyah was cared about and loved by many, she had such a huge imagination and a big heart for many.

  5. Reflection • I pick Aaliyah because I thought she was a very inspiring person. I love all the songs she made and I just think that she was gone to soon. When I listen to Aaliyah songs I notice that I can relate to everyone, everyone of her songs takes a place in today’s history, I also pick Aaliyah because I think that me and her can relate with the same personality towards other people. Hope you enjoy and listen to aaliyah songs often. She’s a great person.
