Invited Presentation Jesse Suen, Principe Software Engineer at Intuit Jesse Suen is a Principal Engineer at Intuit developing microservices-based, distributed applications for Kubernetes and key contributor to Argo project. He was an early engineer at Applatix (acquired by Intuit), building a platform to help users run containerized workloads in the public cloud. Prior to that, he was part of the engineering team at Tintri and Data Domain working on virtualized infrastructure, storage, tooling and automation. Jesse received his B.A. in Computer Science & Cognitive Science from UC Berkeley. Machine Learning Workflows and Continuous Deployment using Argo Running Machine Learning in production at scale is complex. Today many enterprises are building their machine learning platform on Kubernetes. Argoproj is a collection of developer tools for Kubernetes which can be used for DevOps for ML. In this session we will first walk through Argo workflows, an open source container native workflow engine that can be used to run complex, highly parallel ML and data processing pipelines and DAGs on Kubernetes. Then we will talk about Argo CD, a declarative GitOps based Continuous Delivery tool that can be used to deploy different ML components.
