IPPC Directive • Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) is a major development in the way industrial sites are to be regulated across Europe. • It is a European Directive (96/61/EC) which is to be implemented in all EU Member States • Directive 2003/35/EC providing for public participation and amending with regard to public participation and access to justice • It regulates all polluting features of the site • Relation to most of the other environmental Directives
