  2. Navigate to the Document Search page to View the Application

  3. Conduct a Case Search for All Individuals on the Application

  4. Record Parent/ Guardian Information

  5. Record Case Information

  6. Record Activity Associated with Reason for Child Care

  7. View Parent(s) Schedule

  8. Record Family Information

  9. Record Income Information

  10. Record Child Care Arrangement

  11. If needed: Send Request for Additional Information (RAI)

  12. Confirm you have “Received All Necessary Documents” on the Document Checklist page

  13. Run Eligibility and Review Results

  14. Create a Care Schedule for each eligible child on the case

  15. Record the Monthly Parent Co-Payment

  16. Generate the Approval or Denial Notice

  17. Record Case Notes

  18. Mark the Application Work Item as ‘Complete’
