  1. Dear ones, With this special season comes the time to appreciate friends and loved ones. It’s the time for us from WorldWide Familia Mission to say a big and heartfelt “Thank You” for all your support and friendship throughout this year. We couldn’t have done it without your help and your prayers! Turn on the loudspeakers and click to change slides

  2. 2010 Overview On this and the following page you’ll see a little overview with highlights and pictures of our activitiesand projects from this year.

  3. STEPS School The Steps project has been going on well over two years now. Many Preschoolers from poor mission areas have received free education and many lessons that teach moral values.

  4. TheSTEPS Project includes 24-week courses with curriculum that provides good quality education for preschoolers (3-6 y.) from mission areas

  5. STEPS Seminars for Preschool Teachers and Workshops with the Parents of the STEPS Children Only 20% of the 3-5 year-olds in the Philippines go to daycare centers. To promote better education and help improve the situation, besides the actual STEPS teaching programs for the preschoolers, we train the parents of the children and show new and improved teaching methods at our seminars for daycare-teachers.

  6. Counseling, Bible Studies and Coaching Via the avenue of personal counseling, new hope, vision, solutions to problems and comfort are found.

  7. Feet4Hope for young Teens from poor Mission Areas A joint effort with Jeff Watson, a greatfootball coach and friend! Jeff and Manny, together with Andy Molina, another good friend and local councilor, are using sports to get youth from the poor mission areas in Paranaqueoff the streets and drugs, and teach them teamworking, self respect, discipline andmore. The kids develop a vision for the future and have something to look forward to.

  8. UYC United Youth Club UYC, the United Youth Club! - to help young adolescents face reality and each other and to challenge them with hope and a purposeful future. The teens meet together, learn to prepare and lead meetings, get involved in our projects, such as the STEPS, visiting hospitals, help with relief work, etc. They learn about decision-making, relationships with others, public relations, cooperativeness, social skills, team-working, positive moral values and the like.

  9. Move In September we moved outof our big house to a smaller one with 4 rooms. We are thankful that the former landlords let us still use the STEPS-school room so we can continue our little school project with the children from the poor mission areas.

  10. Plans for the New Year It has been our dream since a long time to open our own school and teach children not just scholastics, but also Christian moral values. What is an education without the proper values? Our plan is to include 20% scholars from poor mission areas to give underprivileged children a chance for a proper education. Please pray with us to find sponsors and a good location to open the school.

  11. It’s our prayer that you’ll have a meaningful Christmas and find great fulfillment and happiness in the coming year! Eveline, Jo, Joel, Meeky, Sofia and family
