Beruit IDF’s Zarit Position 12 Jul – Site of Hezbollah’s cross-border raid with mortar and artillery strikes into Israel resulting in two IDF Soldiers being kidnapped and three IDF Soldiers being killed. Sheba Farms also attacked Sheba Farms Bin Jubeil – Site of Hezbollah encirclement UN Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) Zone Golan Heights – Israeli Occupied Sidon Tyre Haifa

  3. 12 Jul – Israeli attempts to recover Soldiers and five additional IDF Soldiers are killed when tank hits mine 0900 12 Jul – Hezbollah kidnaps two, kills three IDF Soldiers 12 Jul – Israel shoots artillery at towns and IAF drops bridge at Al Qawzah to prevent Hezbollah from moving IDF Soldiers north

  4. 25 Jul - Paratroopers Land & Golani Battalion 51 encircle Bint Jbeil. 13 IDF Soldiers killed as Hezbollah forces reinforced from the north along a route IDF forces kept open to allow civilians to escape the battle. Up to 200 Hezbollah fighters killed in this battle

The Western Sector running from the orchards and banana groves south of Tyre which includes the Palestinian Rashidiya refugee camp up to Mansoura, where Hizballah has concentrated a large force, and including Burj a-Shamali and Zabqine, southeast of Tyre. This large enclave of southwestern Lebanon is saturated with Hizballah rockets launchers of different types and fighting strength. Latani River The Central Sector, which would entail the Israeli Bin Jubeil force heading north to take over Tebnine and deepening its thrust into South Lebanon up to 20 km from the Israeli border. Sheba Farms The Eastern Sector, where Israeli forces would home in on Khiam on the road between the Israeli border town of Metula to the Lebanese village of Marjayoun which commands the Hatzbani River.   6. 26 Jul – IDF overtake Khiam enroute to Hatzbaya to give depth to defense for Israeli units at Sheba Farms which was attacked by Hezbollah on 12 Jul after cross-border raid. Hezbollah fighters caught off-guard during attack on eastern sector. 25 Jul – IAF bombs UN Position in Khiam as Hezbollah is using the UN post as cover to fire its rockets Sheba Farms UNDOF
