At the December 2011 meeting, the drawdown target was reduced by 2.5 feet (the maximum)

  • 2003-04 (Blue) and 2006-07 (Orange) = Conditions were as bad as or worse than they are currently, yet spring rains were enough to refill near target date

  • 2009-10 (Red) and 2010-11 (Green) = Conditions were at or above normal, yet spring rains were not enough to fill reservoir by target date
