Ramil Cueto As a business professional and entrepreneur working mainly in the Philippines, USA and China, Ramil has played roles in general management, sales and marketing and relationship management. His professionalism is demonstrated on business planning and implementation, cross-cultural team formation and leadership, fund sourcing, concept selling and large account management. He had worked with Reuters Limited, Sun Microsystems Philippines and Zuellig Insurance Brokers Inc. and worked with many cross cultural teams from Singapore, Hong Kong, USA, UK, Japan, China and The Netherlands. His area of training expertise in Business Development includes basic selling to strategy selling, relationship and account management, presentation and communication skills, proposal conceptualization, preparation and pitching, negotiation and influencing skills. As a learning consultant, he has led the development of long-term leadership programs for Continental Corporation, a German Automotive company for Umicore, a Belgium company in Shanghai. He analyzed needs design and implemented the programs and for Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices China for its Advanced Intra-preneurial Leadership Program. The results yielded from the programs were effective and have helped improve the over-all performance of the respective organizations. Ramil is an expert in training effectiveness strategies, evaluation/business impact study and return on investment (ROI) in Training implementation. Ramil’s approach to training is fairly straight-forward. He balances the training content and delivery to cover the acquisition of knowledge, development of skills and behavior that could bring lasting impact to the personal and organizational success of his clients. Ramil had delivered selling and presentation skill training workshops to Roche Pharmaceuticals, Centre for Institute of International Business Ethics. Individuals from Reuters, Maersk, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, General Motors etc. attended his public workshops on training effectiveness, training evaluation and business impact and ROI in Training.
