  4. Developing the Master Agreement • Single “Umbrella Agreement” • Upper Level Management in Each Agency • Two Years in the Process • State Attorney General (AG) Approval Required

  5. Developing Fiber Permits Identify the following: • Connectivity Requirements • Potential Fiber Routes • Agency Ownership of Fiber • Fiber Availability • New Construction Requirements WSP / WSDOT SW Region Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency (CRESA)
