  22. Wellness & Benefits Briefing Employee Feedback • “I saw my doctor last week, and for the first time in about 15 years, he took me off the blood pressure medicine. That was a huge milestone for me, because now I am 100% drug-free. I don't mind taking medicine but I do mind taking them on a continuous basis. This change is due to my lower weight, good blood pressure readings, lower cholesterol, and increased activity.” - Wildlife Biologist • “I am looking forward to getting my smoking cessation prescription filled as that’s one of the main reasons I enrolled in the Wellness PPO Plan. Thanks for helping me improve my health.” - Safety Specialist • “I think the wellness program is a wonderful benefit and I'm most grateful. I can't say enough good things about the program and I'm thrilled we have it. Thank you!!” - Insurance Claims Investigator • “ I love the walking program and Robin is a great health coach. Thanks!!!” – anonymous State employee 22
