  2. Banaswadiis situated in the north east side of Bengaluru, at a distance of about 6km from the city’s centre. Banaswadiis divided into two major regions; namely, ChikkaBanaswadi and DoddaBanaswadi. Initially, this was a residential area, and was considered to be a small village in the city outskirts. However, with real estate developments and its close proximity to the international airport and Outer Ring Road, this locality has been seeing great improvements. Banaswadiis now considered to be one of the most prestigious commercial areas in the north-eastern part of Bengaluru.

Banaswadirailway station is just about 3km away while Bengaluru International Airport is at a distance of 24km from this area. Because of the great connectivity, there has been a rise in flats for sale in Banaswadi and its surrounding areas.
