  2. INGRESAMOS A HR IMPORTADOR

  3. INGRESAMOS A HR IMPORTADOR Ingresando por el Icono del Escritorio

  4. INGRESAMOS A HR IMPORTADOR Ingresando por Inicio – Programas

  5. INGRESAMOS A HR IMPORTADOR

  6. SELECCIÓN DE CONTRIBUYENTE BUSQUE EL RUT DEL CONTRIBUYENTE CON EL CUAL VA A TRABAJAR

  7. SELECCIÓN DE DECLARACION JURADA Y ARCHIVO ORIGEN Seleccione la Declaración Jurada cu-yos datos va a importar

  8. ETAPA 1 Una vez hecha la selección haga clic en el botón “Siguiente”

  9. ASIGNACION DE PLANTILLA Una “plantilla” corresponde a una rutina que identifica a un archivo plano que tenga identica estructura y destino en cuanto a declaración jurada a importar, por tanto, los pasos siguientes son necesarios sólo la primera vez. Segunda y siguientes veces

  10. ETAPA 2 Haga clic en “Siguiente”

  14. ASIGNACION DE CAMPOS Proceda a asignar campos seleccionando el campo disponible (destino) y el campo de su archivo de origen, luego haga clic en el botón “asignar” o doble clic en la celda respectiva del archivo de origen

CAMPOS DISPONIBLES DE LAS DECLARACIONES JURADAS A IMPORTAR • 1812: PENSIONES • 1817: BENEFICIOS FONDOS DE INVERSION • 1823: ACCIONES EN CUSTODIA 57 BIS • 1827-1887: SUELDOS • 1835: ARRIENDOS DE BS. RAICES • 1850: RETENCIONES IMPTO. ADICIONAL • 1854: EXENCIONES IMPTO, ADICIONAL • 1860: CALENDARIO DE PAGO DEUDA EXT. • 1865: REMESAS DE DIVISAS • 1879: HONORARIOS • 1884: S.A. ACCIONES • 1884: DIVIDENDOS S.A. • 1885: DIVIDENDOS ACCIONES EN CUSTODIA • 1888: CUENTAS 57 BIS • 1891: INTERESES Y OTRAS RENTAS • CARGA DE DATOS

  40. CARGA DE DATOS HAGA CLIC Volver a definición de plantilla

  41. VALIDACION DE DATOS Edite datos erróneos, verifique totales con su archivo de origen

  42. EDICION DE DATOS Corrija datos erróneos y haga clic en el botón “aceptar”

  43. VALIDACION FINAL Una vez que esté en este estado haga clic aquí

  44. CONFIRMACION DE CONTRIBUYENTES

  45. TRANSFERENCIA DE DATOS Si el proceso está en este estado haga clic aquí

  46. NORMA DE SEGURIDAD

  47. TIPO DE IMPORTACION

  48. FINALIZACION Una vez que muestre este estado, haga clic aquí
