  2. Activities? CAPACITY BUILDING ON CP IN BIH- LIFE THIRD COUNTRIES PROJECT 2002-2003

Achivements ? • Creation of awareness among key national stakeholders on the advantages of Cleaner production and demands. • Trained professionals from industry, government, universities and cleaner production center (Center for Environmentally Sustainable Development - CESD) on Cleaner Production. • Improved environmental and economic performance of selected industries. The overall objective of this project is to improve the quality of environment and create economic incentive for industrial development.

  11. What has been done…….. Organized Mission to the RAC/CP BiH delegation representatives of entity ministries of environment, industry and technology, industrial representatives, and CESD

  13. What has been done…….. Second branch meeting in cooperation with Ministry of industry and technology and meet processing company LEVITA in meet processing industry Branch meeting on meet processing and slaughtering

  14. What has been done…….. First theoretical module “What is CP?” 60 participants of which 18 industrial representatives, 17 representatives of the government administration and chambers of commerce. Lecturers where from RAC/CP-a, CRO-CP-a and CESD.

  15. What has been done…….. Second Theoretical training module “The role of Government in Industrial Environmental Management?” 50 representatives of the government administration , industry, universities and chamber of commerce. Lectures from RAC/CP, Envt. ministry of Croatia and CP-Cro

  16. Work in industry Theoretical training Presentation of the results and certification What has been done…….. Interactive training and demonstration actions in the industry for industry, consultant and university The participants will learned how to use MOED methodology
