  1. Women Health care and Guidance during Pregnancy • Pregnancy is one of the most crucial times in a mother’s life. Being healthy before and after getting pregnant involves so many aspects. A pregnant woman always wants to give her baby the best nourishment and a best start after the birth. It could be stressful because a pregnant woman goes through many different stages during nine months of her pregnancy. Therefore here are some pregnancy tips to take care of your baby and in fact yourself through this time period • First of all take out time for relaxation in the whole day. It could be whether reading a good book, taking a short nap, walking outdoor, listening to good music or during some prayer. The most important out of these would be meditating for at least 15-20 minutes in d day. This relaxation is somehow important because it relieves your body and mind from daily stress. It is quite common to feel stressed during this period as many women face this problem but the above mentioned smoothening tips would be quite helpful for you. Besides this, you must be prepared mentally prepared to welcome new changes in your life. • When you come to know that you are pregnant, then you are advised by the doctor to take precautions. As you suffer from problems like nausea and morning sickness and in fact you may feel frequent urination at all the times. Hence, stay close to your washroom. This is quite normal because baby presses down to your bladder and it becomes harder for the pregnant ladies to get the hold of it. Don’t get worried for such inconveniences. • What comes after such issues is, you may not feel like eating. Rather, you put on stake yourself and your baby, it’s advised to take healthy and nutritious diet to make your baby grow. Vitamins, Minerals, Proteins are very much necessary to avoid certain birth defects. • Assure yourself to be in the healthy environment because the environment you are living in also impacts the growth of your baby. A disease that is passed by cat feces, generally known as Toxoplasmosis, may not affect the mother but her baby could be affected by that disease. • Avoid smoking, hard drinks, sodas or recreational drugs. IF you smoke before getting pregnant and it’s hard to avoid this habit then you can ask your consultant or can visit the support group in your local area. Approach such groups for pregnancy guide and make efforts to stay healthy during nine months. Follow the above steps, surely your pregnancy will go smoothly and you will be blessed with a healthy and cute baby.
