  1. A lot of beauty in small Prienai land

  2. Our school is in small village Paprudžiai,(but calls Kunigiškiai Basic Scool by other village name, too long story), Balbieriškis novad, Prienai district. Near Lithuania heart – Kaunas.

  3. Our village House of Cultureorganize different activities. We have a dance and music ensemble of folk “Dūmė”(brook name which flow through the village); modern dance group of youth “Fidema”. Here village people can celebrate their family or various general festivals. In the same building is Public Library where everyone can use computers and internet.

  4. Around the village are forests. In north is Prienai pinewood, in south is Balbieriškis forest, in east is “Degsnė” – larch forest, the biggest in Lithuania. Also in this forest is the highest Lithuanian wood – larch, 46 m.

  5. One of the greatest our pride is Nemunas – the biggest Lithuanian river. A few kilometers away is Nemunas outcrop of Balbieriškis. This place is liked by people who make photos (weding etc.). It is famous in all country.

  6. Nature objects We have above 30 mound. The best known – Napaleons hat.
