Technical and economic implications of REACH. • Register: > 1 tpy production (30,000), production quantity, intended use and chemical safety report. • Evaluate: > 100 tpy production (5,000), judgement of the data by national authorities • Authorization: carcinogenic, mutagenic and toxic for reproduction (CMR), persistent organic pollutants (POPs), persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic (PBTs), very persistent very bioaccumulative and endocrine disruptors (vPvBs).
