  2. Company Background • There are five divisions of Paul Wilmot Communications • Fashion, Beauty & Wellness, Accessories, Culture & Lifestyle, and Special Projects • They manage a variety of clients • Their staff is made up of Partners, Directors, Account Executives and Assistants in addition to a Broadcast Specialist and a Digital Manager

  3. Client List

  4. Who I Worked For • Worked under two Account Executives • They were in charge of the PR for the following clients in the Fashion division • Bill Blass • Rafael Cennamo • TimoWeiland • The Limited • Eloquii by The Limited

  5. What I Assisted With • Pitching our clothing lines to editors and stylists for their magazines and celebrities • Pulling options of clothing and accessories to send to the editors and stylists when a request was made • Working at events • Ex. Sophie Theallet (a designer) partnered up with one of our clients, The Limited, and now has a line of dresses she is making for them. We hosted the launch party for this line for editors and stylists to come preview. I worked the event and spoke with editors about the new line

  6. What I Assisted With • Organizing and cleaning showrooms • It was important to make sure the showrooms were clean and organized for stylists who would come in to pull options for a celebrity or magazine spread • Finding and submitting credits • When a celebrity wears an item we sent them for an event of when a magazine shoots our item that we sent them for a story, we receive credit for that. We then have to calculate the credits and send them to our clients whose item was worn or shot.

  7. What I Assisted With • I made sure that all new clothing options that would come in for the new seasons would be properly labeled with labels • These labels were important to have on the clothing for when we checked clothing in and out through FashionGPS • I also made sure all the look books had these labels so we could match the clothing to the look book pages

  8. Examples of celebrities in clothing I helped pick and send out Nicole Scherzinger in Bill Blass Rafael Cennamo in Brides Magazine
