Experience Planning Reflecting Conceptualising PEDAGOCIAL MODEL • ICT based ODL for adult learners • learning in a flexible way • distance learning • Action Learning • A continuous process of learning and reflection that happens with the support of a group or ‘set’ of colleagues, working with ‘real’ problems • Triangulation enables “objective” assessments of knowledge and skills acquired TELEMATICA-2001 18-21 June 2001

CASE STUDY: BASIC PROGRAMMING IN C++ • 6 ECTS, University College level • 12 lessons • Textbook • Material published on web • Weekly exercises (7 mandatory) • Students from different countries • One group in Norway, Siemens Metering AS • One group in Sweden, Ericsson AB • Reveal the students’ competence gap/ prequalifications • Assessment performed after each fourth lesson. • The students self assessment • Course leader/tutor assessment TELEMATICA-2001 18-21 June 2001
