Definition of Core Values Core Values Rotary’s core values represent the guiding principles of the organization’s culture, including what guides members’ priorities and actions within the organization. Values are an increasingly important component in strategic planning because they drive the intent and direction of the organization’s leadership.

RI District 7020 Global Goals • 2% increase in women • 2% increase in younger professionals (Under 45) • Induction of one or more Rotary/Foundation alumni • Increase Diversity (gender, age, classification) • Minimum increase of One Member • 85% minimum membership retention rate • Minimum net increase of one member in 50% of clubs
