  4. Evidence Based Research • Use checkboxes for • “Evidence–Based Practice” AND • Research Article” • to limit to evidence based practice research articles

  5. MEDLINE with Full Text The National Library of Medicine’s Index most comprehensive source for medical research reports (includes some nursing research) includes all levels of evidence level of evidence limits available

  6. Evidence Based Medicine • Use the EBM checkbox to limit to evidence based care review sources including Cochrane and Evidence Based Nursing (citations only, search Cochrane directly for full-text)
