What is a formal evaluation?


Performance Evaluation

A process that assesses an individual employee’s job performance and productivity in relation to certain goals or objectives that have been established.

  • Spend time observing the employees within your department

  • Think about their work and development progress

  • Determine areas they could improve upon

  • Prepare for a conversation with the employee

    • Ask questions, be engaged, and be ready to do the necessary development work

    June 7th : All Year-End reviews have been reviewed and completed for Clerical & Custodians.
