What questions can it answer? • Identify that you have NET disease as opposed to symptoms caused by another condition. • If there is uncertainty as to whether a tumor is a NET, it will confirm this. • If you have had surgery to remove a NET, it will identify if there is residual disease. • If you have had embolization/ablation, it will determine how much tumor has been destroyed. • If you have had PRRT, it will determine how much tumor has been destroyed. • If the NET has been treated with drugs, it will identify whether therapy is effective. • If the disease is considered cured, it will indicate absence of residual tumor. • If you have symptoms of NET disease, it will identify if these are caused by NET disease. • The level and the rate of change of the NETest provides an index of disease activity and the rate of progression of the disease. NETest data provides added information of importance to facilitate management of your disease
