  4. Notes • Exchange Rate 產生日期(由財務部提供) • 3/1,6/1, 9/1, 12/1 • 每季的最後一個月才能設定下季價格 • 各幣別計價單位,台幣十元, 日幣百元,韓圜千元,其餘以元為單位 • 每產品在每季皆需有一個以上的價格成立,否則RBU人員無法建立LOCALPRICE。

Q&A • 無料號的ITEM怎麼打PRICE BOOK? • 請先申請料號, 待有料號後再行設定價格。 • A+B 一起賣的CASE,要由A的PM還是B的PM來打價格? • 若A+B有料號,則可設定在此料號當中, 若無,則請個別設定。 • 如何提示RBU,賣A時,要一起賣B? • Price Book僅提供價格設定, 沒有料號依存性的設定。 • 價格打錯了,要如何更正? • 請重新設定一個價格, Disable Other Price設定為 ‘Y’ • 價格更正要如何通知RBU相關人等? • 於送簽時勾選 Notice RBU, 則會在簽核完成後通知RBU代表人員 • 我可以打有效期為1年的價格可以嗎? • 不可以，因匯率每季都會變動一次,一次打一年,容易因為匯率因素造成損失,因此系統強制PM需每季REVIEW 價格。

  6. Q&A • 要如何確保價格正確性?如何防呆? • 較容易可參考的數字有二,一為成本,二為上期價格,各種不同產品的毛利率與價格策略皆不同,不容易用相同的公式檢核價格正確性,目前可在EXCEL檢視MarginRate來做基本的檢查,匯入後,若價格比上期高,也會標示紅字來警示PM。 • 料號增碼會自動沿用價格嗎? • 不會,因為同一系列的產品不一定套用相同的價格,為避免價格錯置,請使用EXCELimport tool確認價格上傳。
