Raise $500 A Donate Life℠ fashion tote and a $20.00 gift certificate to Donate Life America’s online store. Raise $1,000 A Donate Life℠ portable charger and a $40.00 gift certificate to Donate Life America’s online store. Raise $250 A Donate Life℠ garden flag OR Donate Life℠ tumbler OR Donate Life℠ pewter ornament and a $10.00 gift certificate to Donate Life America’s online store. Raise $5,000 A Donate Life℠ jacket and a $200.00 gift certificate to Donate Life America’s online store. How to redeem your rewards: Upon the completion of your campaign, a member of the DLA staff will email you with the subject line, “Fundraising Reward Acknowledgement.” In that email, we will ask for your mailing address so that we can mail you your reward.
