    2. About LLP "Beta" takes a leading position in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the sphere of mounting of flexible Geomembrane systems. The company has necessary experience in construction of echological objects - accumulators of domestic and industrial wastes, sewages, irrigation canals and reservoirs; waterproofing works at the burial of hazardous wastes. LLP "Beta“ has a state license GSL ? 012276 for performing construction works, including: cutting, laying, welding of geomembrane: a staff of highly qualified specialists and special equipment. Since 2008 LLP "Beta" is a member of the International Association of Geosynthetic Installers - IAGI. In 2009 LLP “Beta” has been assessed and found compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001 - 2000.

Being a member of the International Association of Geosynthetic Installers (IAGI), LLP "Beta" executes works in accordance with the international requirements including rigid standardization of the quality of materials used, procedures of quality control on laying and welding of Geomembrane and full warranty service.

Geomembrane properties: - high processability; - simplicity of storage and transportation; - effective system for assessing the quality of material and work; - high speed of installation; - high resistance to mechanical stress; - high frost resistance of- 70C up to +80 C; - high mechanical durability on elongation, puncture, depression, deterioration allows Geomembrane to carry out functions of reinforcing material; - chemical resistance to most aggressive environments (pH 0,5-14) and high corrosion resistance makes Geomembrane to be indispensable material at construction of various kinds of protective coatings and impervious screens; - absolute waterproofing (water absorption coefficient is 0%) and resistance to ultraviolet radiation allows to use Geomembrane as a reliable waterproofing and roofing material; - high radon protective ability (99%) makes it to be a necessary element of radon protective system of buildings and structures; - low expenses on tracking

    7. Methods of testing the quality of geomembrane and weld lines LLP "Beta" has large experience in construction of environmental objects in the Republic of Kazakhstan. All materials delivered to the sites undergo strict inspection and have factory warranty. Technology of objective control is applied to waterproofing of each welded line during construction works. Upon the fulfillment of the object , or a separate card, geophysical methods are used for determining the integrity of the impervious screen. A full list of documentation on quality control of the works performed is given to the Customer.

    8. Methods to connect Geomembrane 1. Geomembrane sheets are welded overlapped by hot air under pressure with seam width from 30 mm to 50 mm and creation of intermediate channel for the opportunity to test the quality of welding. Welding speed is from 1,5 m / min up to 3,5 m / min, and depends on weather conditions and thickness of the welding material .
