  15. PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICES STADIUM TRANSPORT & PARKING PLAN • That every vehicle leaving the parking areas is stopped on exit and the key validity inspected (ask for the entry ticket to be returned, this will allow a slow-down and will give security staff the opportunity to inspect the keys) If the traffic flow allows, have the vehicle stop, driver switch off the vehicle, remove the key and then restart the vehicle. If there is a mass exodus, vehicles must only be stopped and keys inspected. It is imperative that the security officer acting as “blocker”(where there are no booms) must stay in place until the “inspecting officer” authorises exit. • The patrolling officers must challenge any persons that seem to “loiter” and request them to move our of the area or to proceed to the event. Should these individuals resist or seem suspicious, the Manager must be alerted via radio and take remedial steps. • The parking areas is private property and for this reason Private Security can enforce Right of Admission on behalf of Stadium Management South Africa. Any suspicious occupant or vehicle can be requested to leave the area. Should there be any resistance, the SAPS Duty Officer must be contacted by the Manager to send a patrol vehicle to the scene.

  16.
