OPNs – Map out how the OPN and Demand forecasting processes should work, capture what happens in reality and explore what we all will need to do post exit reform using difficult day scenarios. We believe this topic is key and could influence the direction of other topic area discussions, so should be done first.
Walk through of what WE (all Transporters) do and actually require (September 2010)
Exit Reform - Flow Swaps, Overuns, Capacity User Commitment, etc. (some of these are aspects that are not defined as part of 0195AV or in section I and are under-development)
Pressures (Agreed and Assured Pressures) – Map out processes, explore linkages between the 2 pressure processes (OAD section I & J), explore possible enhancements to both processes and potential changes to other aspects as a result (low Demand Days).
