Hazard Summary Slight Risk Today and Tonight Severe Weather Outlook through Tonight • Thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon and evening. • The greatest threats will be damaging winds and large hail with isolated tornadoes also possible. • Best chances for severe thunderstorm development between 2pm and 10pm. weather.gov/detroit

Hazards Summary Review This Afternoon and Evening • Showers and thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon and evening with highest probability for severe weather between 2pm and 10 pm. • The episodic nature of the thunderstorms creates forecasting challenges in regards to timing. • Storms this afternoon and evening will be capable of producing damaging wind gusts, large hail, and isolated tornadoes. • Thunderstorms will also produce locally heavy rainfall. weather.gov/detroit
