  2. When did the civil war occur? • The Civil War began on April 12th, 1861 General Pierre Beauregard fired fifty cannons into Fort Sumter of Charleston, South Carolina. This was only the beginning of the war. There was a lot more surprises coming. Of course, after Gen. Pierre Beauregard attacked the Union, it was expected for more to come. The aftermath although was not very pretty and a lot of people were hurt by the devastation.

  3. These are a few pictures from Fort Sumter in 1861 Before attack After attack It was a very devastating attack, a lot were killed because the attack was unexpected. After this, the Union decided it was time to fight back.

  4. Who was involved in The Civil War? • The Union: The Confederates: They never saw it coming. They had no clue what kind of trouble they were getting themselves into.

  8. What were the main events/battles of the Civil War?

  9. Weapons used There were a lot of different weapons used such as: Muskets Cannons Swords And Several different types of guns.

  10. Affected future Civil war I think The Civil War affected America’s future because a lot of people now are proud of their independence. Slavery would still be going around if this hadn't happened. Everything happens for a reason!!!!!

  11. Civil war ends!!! WE WON!!!!! The Union won the civil war!!!!! 
