  2. THE EVENT Name: Canaccord Genuity GREAT CAMP ADVENTURE Tagline: Changing Kids Health For Keeps What is it? It’s SickKids’ new signature event that empowers you to ‘change kids health for keeps’. In the Fall of 2013, Toronto will see the event experience of the year. It taps into the “kid at heart” and it begins from the moment you register. Participants of all ages will challenge themselves in a one-day camp adventure that begins by raising the flag at Main Camp (Fort York) then hiking only as far as they can go and doing only what they choose on a course through downtown Toronto, gaining badges at each campsite, filling up on too many marshmallows and, pushing themselves one kilometre further or climbing one knot higher to raise one dollar more. Anyone can take part – anyone who wants to be a hero or simply just to have some fun. It’s challenge by choice and this is your chance to be part of it.
