  1. Some discussion on How to get rid of period pain First of all dysmenorrhea is period pain. Pain that occurs during period is dysmenorrhea. Period comes after every 28 days to all woman. We can never skip our period but the pain can be eradicated by consulting a doctor on the right time. The uterine pain can be relieved by dietary changes, acupuncture, and some exercises can change the pain during menstruation. Menstrual periods can be light and easy for some teens and young women, but for others, they can be heavy or accompanied by painful cramps. Period Cramps can be a major reason why girls are absent from school, why they miss sport practices, and why they may avoid social events with their friends. Period cramps are painful sensations that affect many females before and during a menstrual period. The menstrual pain, better known as dysmenorrhea or period pains, ranges from dull and annoying to severe and extreme. Pain happens usually in the lower abdomen and lower back. The pain also extends over the pelvic region of the body over the thighs. The prostaglandins are responsible for the pain in the ovary, it is directly proportional if the prostaglandins are high the pain is more.
