  2. If you shop at Kroger’s sign up for the Kroger’s Community Rewards program and help support Crawford County 4-H Program. The rewards program pays out a percentage of your groceries purchased to your designated organization AT NOT ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU! How The Kroger’s Community Reward program works

  3. Register your Card Krogers.com Click here to create an account

  4. Creating Your Kroger Account Must Provide e-mail address Create a password Save information

  5. Creating Your Kroger Account Type Your Zip Code and click “Find Store”.

  6. Creating Your Kroger Account Your closest Kroger’s Store location will appear. If this is the Kroger’s you visit click “Save and Continue”. If you visit a different Kroger’s Store use drop down to find the store you use.

  7. Register your Kroger Card Number Click “YES” Enter Your Kroger’s card Number found on the back of your Kroger’s Card Re-enter your Last Name and Zip Code and click “Save and Continue”.

  8. Your Kroger Account Make selections to fit your needs. Then click “Save & Continue”.

  9. Confirm Your Account Information Please Confirm your Information & read Terms & Conditions and click “Save & Continue”.

  11. Open your email and View Message from Krogers.com Click on the link in your email to confirm & activate your new Kroger’s Account.

  12. Your account is Activated Once you click on the link from your email this page will open .

  13. Sign in to Your Kroger’s Account Click here to sign in Type your email and password

  14. Managing Your Account Click on My Account

  15. Designating Crawford County 4-H as Your Community Reward Click Here Click Here

  16. Designating Crawford County 4-H as Your Community Reward Type 90540 in this box. This is the Crawford County 4-H Organization Number. Highlight the Circle to designate Crawford County 4-H. Then click “Save Changes”.

  17. Within 7‐10 business days of registering your Kroger Plus Card online your purchases will begin to benefit Crawford County 4-H. You will see at the bottom of your Kroger receipt “At your request, Kroger is donating to ‘Crawford Co. Ext. Fnd, Youth Dev.” Begin Supporting Crawford County 4-H

Purchases that cannot be included: • Alcohol • Tobacco • Government‐assisted pharmacy expenses, • Postage stamps • Kroger gift cards and Green Dot Prepaid Cards • Gift certificates, • Bottle deposits • Lottery and promotional tickets, • Fuel and fuel center purchases, • Office services and Sales Tax. • Eligible pharmacy purchases include out‐of‐pocket co‐pays for non‐government‐assisted pharmacy programs.   19. The Kroger Community Rewards Program will commence and become effective May 1, 2010 through April 30, 2011. Participants can enroll at any time You must enroll each year (After May 1st) to continue supporting Crawford County 4-H. Help us spread the word – enroll today
