  3. Roles & Responsibilities Treasurer (Moeen Khan) • Access to ISGR (WAQF) Finances and Bank operations • Signature authority • Collection and expenditure maintenance • Providing financial updates and statements to community • Money management

  4. Roles & Responsibilities Secretary (Kashif Perwez) • Community notifications and communications of ISGR (WAQF) operations • Website/Portal maintenance and timely updates • Public announcement emails, handouts etc. • Performing external group communications and facilitating events

Roles & Responsibilities ISGR (WAQF) Operations (Shura members) • Day to day operations • Scheduled and unscheduled meetings • Decision making on operations relating to ISGR (WAQF) and new masjid • Performing short/long term planning for ISGR (WAQF) operations including fund raisers, new land maintenance, hosting events, legalities, taxation etc.

  6. Next Steps… • Funds Collection – Alhamdulillah we collected $9,100 during meeting and approx $22,900 is needed by Wednesday • Non-Profit registration (501c) • By-laws for Shura • Adding Shura as Board members or Trustees for new masjid land asset
