*Listen to relaxing music.

*Don’t watch TV.

*Don’t clock watch.

*Have a warm bath before bed.

  • Teens need from 9-9 ¼ hours of sleep a day, if teens don’t get this amount of sleep regularly it can affect there body clock.
  • Children need from9.75-10.75 hours of sleep a day.

Visualize your favourite thing or place to help relax yourself.

  • Massage can help you relax your body. There is lots of different techniques you can try. You can even make up some of your own. You can even play some relaxing music during your massage.
