There was discussion around John and Selinas Ideas to clarify the differences between the two, John will be revising his action plan and submitting it by COB Monday. Doug is out and Gbemi will complete hers by 4/11. Schedules are very tight and their have been some concerns that the 60 day timeline may be too constrictive for some of the Action Ideas. I shared that as long as signifigant progress is made that you (Heather) as the sponsor would be open to extending the timelines based on the make-up of the team. Dougs’ unexpected TOP and Gbemis’ schedule pressures have put two of the ideas off schedule, however both should be back on track by the 4/11. No additional support required at this time You information on the “push-up” ideas was communicated to the group during the 4/4 meeting. 1) Review action Item Ideas once published.
