Open our eyes to their problems and let our ears hear their voices of need. Help us to show our love for You by serving others through Kiwanis. Amen FLETCHER SENIOR SCHOLAR BREAKFAST On Friday, Feb 24th, our club will host 100 Fletcher Senior High School honor students and their parents at our annual Fletcher Senior Scholar Breakfast, at Beach United Methodist Church, in Jacksonville Beach.  Our club will be awarding 8 scholarships to needy students, and presenting certificates of appreciation to the parents of all the students in attendance.  This year we will have a special treat with a group from the Fletcher Chorus, singing the National Anthem. The Awards Ceremony will be held the evening of February 16th at FCCJ South Campus Gymnasium. Volunteers are needed to set up and usher. (1) Governor's Visit (Gov. Donna Batelaan) -March 2nd. This is an annual official visit to each Division. We need good representation from the Beaches Club. (2) Kiwanis College (formally Zone Conference) is scheduled in Lake City, March 11th. Last year, 10 Beaches members attended. (3) International Convention, June 28--July 2 in Montreal, Canada. Each club can elect 2 primary and 2 alternate delegates. The last Montreal Convention was great! As many as possible should plan to attend.
