To that end, we agreed on the following: CAR – Countries At Risk

  2. Country alerts based on CPT and CCM reports as well as other sources, including intelligence from staff returning from field missions and Country Office alerts will be sent via email to all members of this group on a regular basis in advance of our monthly meetings. Group members, working with their country offices, will investigate, validate, and prioritize each country-specific situation to be as prepared as possible to discuss at the next upcoming group gathering. To the extent feasible, members will try to avoid rushing to a decision on a particular problem until they have had an opportunity to discuss it with the group to avoid overlapping solutions: CAR – Countries At Risk
