Trip Report • ~40 Attendees from all NASA Centers • 11 attendees from Goddard • Flight out – on time and uneventful • Flew Southwest so bags were free • Ground Transport – 3 hour ride to Sun Valley • Stopped for groceries on the way • Lodging – Christophe Condo’s • 2 bedroom condo’s – closest condo’s to slopes, but too far to walk • Great bus service to town and the slopes

  4. Ski Report • The ski conditions were awesome – Locals reported that the the snow conditions were the best in 10 years • Everyday was sunny and just cold enough to maintain great snow conditions all week – It is names Sun Valley for a reason!

  5. Town • Great shops, bars, and restaurants • Fantastic live music - Super Johnny Cash band • Close to the mountain and lodging – great bus transportation to town or a short walk

  6. Trip Report • Events • NASA group Apres Ski – Great appetizers and drinks • Rest day activities - Several folks went to the spa, many skied 6 days • Trip home was relatively smooth. Plane was a bit late getting into BWI - last plane to arrive so baggage was slow coming out • Looking at Snowmass Colorado for next years trip! Trip Souvenir – Shoe bag (now I have 11)
