  4. In 1994, HIPPA Created Standard Code Sets That Must Be Followed • CPT-4 – Physician Procedures • HCPCS – Things (DMEPOS) • ICD-9-CM – Diagnoses • ICD-9-CM – Inpatient Procedures • NDC – Pharmaceuticals • CDT – Dental Procedures
