  2. one of the important problems - acute respiratory infections which occur without pneumonia in children from 2 to 11 months and among children from 1 to 4 years In the group of children without pneumonia can be identified 4 subgroups: - disease with wheezing; - bacterial upper respiratory tract infection (acute and medium otitis, suspected of having streptococcal pharyngitis); - chronic cough; - common cough and colds

  3. SITUATION IN ALMATY CITY, KAZAKHSTAN • cause of most hospitalizations – wheezing (astmoid) breathing in children with ari; • trigger faktors of wheezing is also: bronchiolitis, pneumonia caused by haemophilus influenzae and streptococcus pneumoniae, asthma

  4. METHODS OF AEROSOL SPRAY In most situations, the highest and steepest bronho broaden effect with the least risk of side effects is achieved using the aerosol route of administration. This method allows you to enter the largest concentration of the drug, which reaches its goal - the cells of the lower divisions of the airway, which is impossible with other methods of administration.

  5. There are noticeable geographic differences in the frequency of wheezing. In localities where wheezing occurs frequently, the recommendations should include information on how to conduct such patients.

  6. In the Republic of Kazakhstan for all children under 5 years there are free drugs – salbutamol, astalin, ventolin. For years, health professionals and parents are faced with the problem - how to apply aerosol medications on an outpatient basis.

  7. Theoretical instruction is not produced the desired result for many years. It was suggested - to create the electronic manual – to prepare a video (DVD) with demonstrations: HOWTO CORRECTLY USE SPRAY SALBUTAMOL FOR CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS
