  1. Concrete surface was degreased with 803 Degreaser DOC. NO. CH035

  2. Concrete surface was shotblast to remove contaminants & provide profile CH035

  3. If additional slides are needed for photos, select slide 2 in Slide Sorter View and press Ctrl-D. Control joints were cut back and repaired with 3500 Grout CH035

  4. If additional slides are needed for photos, select slide 2 in Slide Sorter View and press Ctrl-D. 3100 was then slurry applied over entire floor & seeded with Part D silica. CH035

  5. 3100 Part D was broadcast and allowed to cure. Excess Part D was then swept up. CH035

  6. 1000 CS was applied over entire surface at 15 mils. 1000 CS was applied in Gray and Safety Green. CH035

  7. 1000 CS Safety Yellow was applied to outline work spaces and aisle ways. CH035
