  2. 1 COLLECTING AUDIO ON BYO DEVICES Project ID QLD 260 Collecting audio on BYO devices is a project to trial the collection of audio for assessment purposes. We will investigate the methods for collecting audio evidence from both student and provided devices. The project will trial the collection of audio for assessment on three devices from three cohorts: Rural remote Indigenous learners who have not undertaken the proposed area of study before Regional learners who have been assessed as competent in the proposed area of study and who have agreed to participate in the project trial and re-submit assessment/s using audio devices Urban learners who have not undertaken the proposed area of study before There will be six students in each cohort across two states trialling three different devices per cohort. The findings of each cohort and comparison analysis will be documented and made available to the broader VET sector.
