  6. Autism Awareness Day! • April 9 at Rebel Field • 5k run at 9; kiddie run at 9:30; 5k walk at 10:30. • All ECHS employees can still register. Adults are $15; kids are $10. T-shirts available!

  23. Mrs. Beard and Ms. Drayton are going to Kelly Tours on April 8. If you haven’t paid in full by Friday, you will not be allowed to sign up for a bus. • Bus sign-ups begin April 11.

  24. Attention volleyball players: beginning next week, there will be after school work outs on Thursdays in the weight room. See Coach Roddenberry if you have any questions.

  25. Attention volleyball players: SCAD coaches will hold a camp here the next three Tuesdays from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Cost is $30 per session. Let Coach Roddenberry know if you plan to attend.

  32. The 2011 Lloyd Arnsdorff Scholarship/“Young Farmers Scholarship” is now posted on the Counselors’ website.  If you are a current/former member of FFA for 2 years OR are a member of the EC Young Farmers Organization, you should check this out!  The deadline is April 21!

  33. Mr. Carnes is going to be selling crêpes in April & May. All profits will go to Relay For Life. Are there any French Club members or volunteers who would like to help us? If so please see Mr. Carnes in room 112.

  34. All French Club members remember to get your money in for Wild Adventures to Mrs. Matlosz. Only students paid in full will be allowed to go. Don't forget your Medical Release forms as well. Contact me if you have any problems.

  36. Are you going to the Georgia Institute of Technology campus in Atlanta? We have now activated the Lawton Nease and Jane Pool Nease Scholarship application on the counselor website for you! This scholarship pays $2500 per semester and is renewable for eight semesters and is worth $20,000! Please note that this application is due this year on April 15th!
