  3. Definition of the civil register Civil Registration is a system for recording data of all citizens and residents, in the records specified by the regulations and the law

Creating structure for the Authority in civil registry under management of the civil registration and technical support under the power of electronic authentication. 3. Training the police force that will work in this area to be adequately trained to do the job.
